This Website is the official online store for Ulanzi products in Bangladesh. It is owned and operated by iTech Smart Ltd., the official distributor of Ulanzi in Bangladesh. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to iTech Smart Ltd.

Products and prices

• We try to show product details, images and prices as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from images.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Prices, offers and availability may change without notice.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and let you know.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it.
• We may call you to confirm your order. We may cancel orders we cannot confirm, or orders that appear fraudulent.
• If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the order.

Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh. If a customer has a poor courier or delivery success record (for example, previous orders that were refused or returned), we may ask for an advance payment before dispatch to confirm the order. We will always tell you before asking for any advance payment.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, replacements, refunds and warranty are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including trying to gain unauthorised access, placing fake orders or copying content for commercial use. Brand names, logos, images and content on this Website belong to Ulanzi, Ulanzi Official BD or their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or Website. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.
