Return & Replacement Policy
At Ulanzi Official BD, if you face any issue with your delivered product, we are happy to arrange an exchange under the following conditions.

Exchange conditions
Report within 5–6 hours
If any problem is found with the product, you must inform us within 5–6 hours of receiving the delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
Product mismatch
If the delivered product does not match what you ordered (wrong item, wrong variant or colour, etc.), it will be exchanged for the correct product.
Note: Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can arrange your exchange quickly. For issues found after the 5–6 hour window, please check our Return & Refund Policy or Warranty Policy.
