We deliver orders all over Bangladesh. Here is what to expect after you place an order at Ulanzi Official BD.
Delivery charges and time
Inside Dhaka City

The delivery charge is added at checkout, so you always see the full amount before you place your order. Delivery time is counted in working days from when your order is confirmed.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team may call you to confirm the order and delivery address. Please keep your phone reachable so there is no delay. Orders are sent to the courier after confirmation.
Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh. Please keep the exact amount ready when the delivery person arrives.
If a customer has a poor courier or delivery success record (for example, previous orders that were refused or returned), we may ask for an advance payment before dispatch to confirm the order. We will always tell you before asking for any advance payment.
Delays
Delivery may take longer than usual during public holidays, Eid and other festival seasons, bad weather, strikes or other situations outside our control. If your order is delayed, our team will keep you updated.
Receiving your parcel
- Please check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting the parcel.
- If the product is wrong, damaged or has missing items, contact us right away.
- Problems must be reported within 5–6 hours of delivery. See our Return & Replacement Policy for details.
